3.2 Your Responsibility to Verify
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS BEFORE USE.
Do not:
- Present AI-generated quotes to customers without verification
- Rely solely on AI outputs for coverage decisions
- Assume AI-extracted data is accurate without confirmation
3.3 No Professional Advice
The Software does not provide insurance advice, legal advice, or professional recommendations. The Software is a tool to assist your work—it does not replace your professional judgment, training, or licensing requirements.

AI technology is rapidly evolving. Results may vary, and the Software's capabilities may change over time.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
4.1 Account Creation
To use QuickAIProposal, you must create an account and purchase a license. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.2 License Types and User Limits
Individual License: One user per license. You may not share your account or credentials with others.
Agency Team License: Permits the number of users specified at purchase. The purchasing agent or agency administrator:
- Must create separate login credentials for each authorized user
- Is responsible for ensuring all users comply with these Terms
- Is liable for the actions of all authorized users under their license
- Must remove access for users who leave the agency
4.3 No Credential Sharing
Regardless of license type, each user must access the Software with their own unique credentials. Sharing login credentials between individuals is prohibited.
4.4 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account(s). We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
5.1 You Agree To:
- Use the Software only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain required insurance licenses
- Verify all outputs before customer-facing use
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
5.2 You Agree NOT To:
- Share your account credentials
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Software
- Use automated tools to access the Software beyond intended functionality
- Interfere with the Software's operation or other users' access
- Misrepresent the source or accuracy of generated quotes
- Use the Software to develop competing products
5.3 Violations
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms without refund or notice.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software, website, content, design, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned by beaconAI or our licensors. Your license to use the Software does not transfer any ownership rights.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of information you input into the Software. By using the Software, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Software, we may use it without obligation to you.
7. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
7.1 License Fees
License fees are specified at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
7.2 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with QuickAIProposal for any reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
7.3 After Guarantee Period
After the 60-day guarantee period, all sales are final. No refunds for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that these limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and are an essential basis of the bargain.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless beaconAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Software
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Claims by your customers related to quotes you generated
- Your failure to verify AI outputs before use
11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Software at any time.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive conduct
- Non-payment
- Any reason with 30 days' notice
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access will end
- You must cease using the Software
- Provisions that should survive (disclaimers, limitations, indemnification) will continue
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

These Terms, together with the EULA and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and beaconAI regarding the Software.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
13.5 Modifications
